About The Keynote Presentation

The Guerrilla Change Movement is not a classic keynote about change. No new model, no extra framework, and no heavy programme on top of what is already running. The goal is simpler: to get change moving again.

Not by pushing harder, but by working smarter. With small, unconventional actions that release energy and move around heavy systems.

The approach is built on three clear principles:

  • Break Yesterwork – Challenge rules and processes from the past that now mainly slow things down.
  • Redirect Energy – Focus your energy on people and ideas that want to move forward, instead of endless discussions.
  • Create Momentum – Start with small, fast actions to create movement first; mindset follows naturally.

No extra complexity - just a simple way to get people moving again.

What is Guerrilla Change Movement?

The Guerrilla Change Movement is for people who feel that change is stuck in plans, reports and good intentions. Not because people don’t care, but because organisations are overloaded with bureaucracy, old decisions and work that once made sense but no longer helps.

Guerrilla Change doesn’t fight people or organisations. It works around heavy systems and procedures by using small, unconventional actions to get change moving again - close to reality, close to the work. The movement is built on three simple principles.
